About Lighting the Pathway
Passion for the Kingdom of God
I love the parable or story that Jesus taught in Luke 15:11-32 about the prodigal son. The most profound implication in this parable was when I learned it was not just anyone the father was looking for to return to His home; it was his son. So likewise, Father God is looking for His wayward Sons to return to Him so that He might return to them the kingdom dominion, authority, and power that Adam had surrendered to Satan. God accepts us as servants and will use us in that capacity; however, His family rules His kingdom. His family dwells in the Father's home at all times, while the servants must live in their quarters. In the Old Testament, the pattern was for the Prophet to minister in the temple's outer court to the people. The Priest entered the inner court to establish intimacy with God and minister unto Him. This pattern of Priests is the ministry that Jesus performed during His years of ministry.
I never look down on nor think less of anyone because of their choice of intimacy with God. I only want people to know what is available should they choose.
I then began to identify myself as a Son of God and an Ambassador. God has listed and given us these identities as inheritors of the Kingdom of God in His will. Therefore, as His Sons, we are legally entitled to the promises of God.
Everything that God has led me to teach is to lead you to Jesus the Christ and follow Him into the Kingdom of God. The great mistake that caused Adam to destroy the whole world was pursuing knowledge as a means to maturity. Do not be guilty of the same error. Acquiring knowledge destroys your faith and inspires futile hard work. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Instead, push wholeheartedly into an intimate relationship with God through Jesus the Christ until you enter that relationship called the Kingdom of God. God's focus is on a family relationship within every believer's heart, transforming followers into leaders and agents of change.
