Declaration of Allegiance

Father, in the name of Jesus, I desire to join you in the relationship you have provided, the Kingdom of God. I recognize you as my King and Lord. I receive and claim as mine the righteousness Jesus has given me. I will no longer be known by a name the world has given me. I claim and will be known by the names and their destinies God has given me as his child. As a child of God and a citizen, I pledge allegiance to the spiritual government of the Kingdom of God and you, the king. I swear to uphold the constitution called the New Testament, written by you, outlining its citizens' legal benefits and responsibilities. I pledge to end all rebellion against your government in my life and respond by immediately obeying even the slightest expression of the king. I recognize His expressions as unquestionable law. Breaking this law is treason and carries penalties determined solely by the king.

Because you demand total allegiance from your citizens, they qualify for complete support from you. You have already supplied us with everything needed for life and godliness, and though I do not yet see these provisions, I know they are mine as a citizen. Therefore, I thank you for them, knowing that your word is truth and will never fail.

I swear to work fully with your personal representative, the Holy Spirit, who will partner with me, teaching, guiding, and assisting me in keeping this covenant. Because our relationship is ever-increasing, I ask the Holy Spirit to bring me to the maturity of being led by the Spirit of God and called the son of God. Please continue my spiritual growth throughout this lifetime and the one to come. I want all that you have for me. Amen
