God Hates Religion

James 1:6-8 KJV(6)  But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.(7)  For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.(8)  A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

v Christian; a Christian, that is, a follower of Christ:

Most Christians today believe they are also a child of God. However, to have the belief of living a double identity is to have a double mind.

Christian is a name/identity given to people by the world/Satan, and being born again and identifying as a child of God is a gift from God.

2 Corinthians 6:17-18 KJV17) Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,(18) And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

A son or daughter of God is a citizen in God’s Kingdom and has a legal right to every benefit and provision of that Kingdom. Following Christ is an activity of our lives and should be embraced, but any other identity is the result of religion and must be discarded.
