Kingdom Rule

All kingdoms have certain things in common. They have a king who rules over a people in a specific area that the king owns. However, the Kingdom of God is different in this respect. God establishes His kingdom rule only with the consent of the person to be ruled. This rule is from within the heart of a believing person and exerts its influence from the inside. Other kingdoms based outside the person never ask a person’s consent to be ruled and impose their rule from the outside of the person.

God has purchased each person with His own blood, establishing His right to rule each individual. This area of the rule of God in a person is called the Kingdom of Heaven. It is this area that manifests the nature and glory of God. God does not come down to us; He emanates from within us.
