Renewing our Minds

To renew our minds means to change our thinking with the dedication and force necessary to transform us into His image. The Bible refers to this process in a couple of different ways. The first is working out our salvation with fear and trembling. Jesus expressed it this way, "Repent," which means to change our minds.

When we are born again, we receive the spirit of Christ within us. God has placed our old spirit in Jesus on the cross (Galatians 2:20). Subsequently, the Romans crucified us with Jesus on the cross. With the aid of the Holy Spirit, Salvation transforms our minds into the mind of Christ. We must continue this process until our salvation is complete and we are one with our spirit.
